Dr Kleoniki Karagkouni	Personal Profile Kelly Karagkouni holds a B.A. in English Language and Literature, National & Kapodestrian University of Athens, an M.A. in English Language, University of London (QMW), an M. Phil. in Theater Studies, University of London (Royal Holloway) and a Ph.D. in Social Psychology (University of Crete). She has taught Modern Literature at the University of London (Royal Holloway), Drama & Psychoanalysis at the University of Crete (Graduate Level), English Literature and Academic English at the University of Athens, Deree College - The American College of Greece, IST Studies, and Business Communication at the Athens University of Economics and Business. Her interests lie in the fields of Public Speaking, Academic Writing and Business Correspondence. Amongst others, she has published the course book The Art of Drafting Business Documents and edited the volume English for Students of Economics, Management, Accountancy, Banking & ICT.
